A-Roving by Roger McGuinn (shanty in MP3)

'A-Roving' is a capstan song about a sailor's tryst with a woman in Amsterdam who was "mistress of her trade'. The refrain "I’ll go no more a-roving with thee, fair maid" suggests that the adventurous chap contracted some disease as a result of the one-night stand.
