Song of the Volga Boatmen (orchestra with male chorus, restored, MP3)

The Song of the Volga Boatmen is a well-known Russian traditional song. It was originally sung by burlaks, men who pulled barges against the current on the Volga River during the time of the Russian Empire. This version was restored from a 1926 vinyl record featuring the Brunswick Concert Orchestra with a male chorus. (3.5 MiB, MP3, 3:12 minutes)
