Three Galleons (pop song with choir and orchestra)

'Three Galleons' is about Christopher Columbus' voyage of discovery to the Americas. It was recorded in 1955 by English conductor Johnny Douglas and his choir and orchestra. The song's title refers to the three ships of Columbus: the Pinta, the Niña and the Santa Maria. Technically, the flagship Santa Maria was a carrack and the other two ships were smaller caravels.
