Wellerman (ringtone in MP3 for Android phones))

This ringtone is a cut from the whaling song 'Wellerman' which went viral on TikTok and other social networking platforms. As a backgrounder, 'Wellerman' is a folk song, not a sea shanty as some have erroneously categorised it. The "wellerman" in the title refers to the boat/skipper that brought supplies to the shore whaling stations in New Zealand in the 1830s and 40s. (593 KiB, MP3, 21 seconds)
